Refund and Return Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

100% satisfaction guarantee. In case of unsatisfactory experience in your learning journey with us, you are eligible to claim a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Partial Refunds for Advanced Completion

On the completion of more than 50% of the content, a partial refund may apply.  Please reach out to our support team to discuss your case.

Technical Issues

If any technical issues come your way that prevent you from accessing course content, please let us know. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if unresolved, you are eligible for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Refunds may be processed within 7–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your refund has been processed. 

Payment Method

Refunds will be released on the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Additional Information

Cancellation of Access: Once the refund is made, access to the refunded course will be removed from your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applied to completed courses, courses with certificates already issued, or any promotional items.
